Franchisee Options
At POWERMath, we offer you three options of association. No matter which option you choose, you can be assured of our constant support and guidance. We pay meticulous attention to every step of setting up a franchisee operation and are always available to help you get the best out of your endeavor.
In each of the following cases, we strongly recommend the franchisee to be actively involved in conducting classroom sessions. Our experience in the domain of academic franchising has proven time and again, that our most successful franchisees are the ones who understand that the greatest part of the business value chain lies inside the classroom and hence it is crucial to put ones best foot forward here.
Neighborhood center
Ideal for at-home-moms and parents who would like to provide Math tutoring service to children in the neighborhood from the comforts of the home. A one-room set-up with a capacity to seat 10-15 kids, with an attached restroom would suffice from an infrastructure perspective. On the technology front the franchisee would also need to invest in a premium computer and printer with high-speed internet capabilities.
Full-scale center
A full-scale center would have a minimum of two-three classrooms,
each equipped with computers and Internet facilities. You will need
to employ at least one full-time staff member to manage the center.
Additional teachers when required can be hired on either a full-time
or part-time basis depending on the schedule demands.
Business partner
In this model, we leverage your expertise to enter into a mutually beneficial arrangement. Rather than running your stand alone business, you now get the opportunity to be a part of something bigger and better. With material support, online resources and marketing support, converting your existing setup to a POWERMath center makes a lot of business sense. Now you can focus your energies on delivering greater value to your students and leverage the benefits you get of being a part of an enterprise
